As of 4:07 central time May 31st no one has been paid yet by Ad Placers. Some have been told they will only be paid $100, not the $1000 they are owed.

Scam free work at home programs

Don't you wish you could run across a list of completely scam free programs you can make money from? Me too! While I do participate in ClixSense, Mylot, a couple of survey sites that actually do pay (Survey Savvy) and a few focus groups I knew I had to come up with a couple of other ways to make money on line.
The greatest hurtle you have to overcome after learning how to stay away from scams is gaining referrals! Most programs pay you next to nothing without them.
The more referrals you have the more money you make. You need new referrals on a constant basis who will go into your affiliate sites and stick around for a while. The new ones go in and stick around as well. Having a bunch of referrals is having a village. To me the word village is appropriate because because much like a real village people move in and people move out. Referrals often times have their own villages or families. The more people who have this type the bigger the village gets. I know a guy who has so many referrals he has a freakn city the size of New York!
Now you are talking about building websites, advertising and spending money. That's called investing in yourself. If you know of any other way to do it, I'd love to hear about it. I haven't found one yet and I sell my research abilities on line.

Is Varolo a scam

Varolo is being discussed all over the web. I just want to remind people that the definition of a scam is a company that can't make payroll. Everything else is in the eye of the beholder and superfluous chatter. So far Varolo has made payroll. However, to make any real money from Varolo you must have already built your referal village with those who would join up themselves to this program. Out of those referals you would have to have enough that have their own village of referrals that would join up. Then everyone would have to be willing to hang around for a long time to benefit everyone. As a mere member you won't make anything.
I do want to recommend a website that does a full, honest, from the gut review on Varolo that neither "flames" nor gives any false information. This guy is one of the most honest internet marketers I ever "spoke to". If you go here he will just let the facts speak for themselves.

Hi fellow online opportunists!
Launching June 1st. How many of us have seen this ad over and over again? Today after my 1000th time of seeing it I finally took some time to scope it out. After years of experience checking out this kind of stuff I can kind of use my instincts to make a decision on what to and what not to pursue with relative accuracy. This is what I see!
It is still way too early to decide if it's a scam or not, in fact it appears that when it's doors open it will probably be legit. But like I say it's all in the activity after June 1st that will truly tell us anything at all. I went to their site and found out nothing except it's coffee. You find out "they" are professional IT, etc, etc. They tell you coffee is sold in thousands of countries and how popular it is. You never read how it's packaged, how to sell it, what it will cost you after the launch, nothing is disclosed. You just know "they" are very excited and that is supposed to come across your computer screen to you and make you very excited.
Remember, this in no way says "don't join". It doesn't cost anything to join so go ahead. Personally, I can't get that excited about coffee and I drink a pot a day, every day.
It must be an MLM meaning you need a down line. It's going to cost you something to get the program. They probably will offer software to make your job easier. But they don't tell you much about anything so you can't pick them apart before their launch date.
The terms and conditions doesn't give you any hints either. So it's kind of like signing up to get information about a brick and mortar store opening in your neighborhood to get the first catalog not knowing what they will be selling. If you're the type who wants to be first at everything, or just want to know what they're doing as soon as they are willing to tell you, go for it. You have nothing to lose. Unless you've got your down line on board and they are all excited too!
Personally I wouldn't want to say, "sorry everyone, I didn't know it was going taste like licorice, and decaffeinated,  harvested in a way to injure the planet, etc". That would be bad!
There are rumbles about the cost among other things. Supposedly the coffee is Javita. It may cost anywhere from $99 to hundreds depending on how much access you want to the tools they offer. It may come in individual packets for single cup servings.
Doing much research now only leads to the possibilities, not the actual facts.
So for now it's entirely up to you.

What do you do with two managers under one roof?

My husband is a manager. He loves to manage, whether appropriate or not, he will try to manage me. I am a manager. I love to just get the stuff done I need to get done. No running around doing 15 things at once like hubby but actually getting things done, one at a time. I like a low key effort. To me walking back and forth doing 15 things is a waste of energy. The problem? We both office from home most of the time.
Can you imagine the clash of wills? What that calls for is the ability to let things go in one ear and out the other! The ability to say "no". It also requires the ability to get out of the house for some peace and quiet. Yes there is drama.
My answer to saving time without speeding through something that needs to be done is three computers. Why three? Because when I get up in the morning I don't get ready for the day till ten. I make coffee and sit in my living room to enjoy it. My office is upstairs on the second floor, so if I wonder about anything in the mean time I have to wait till I'm up there, making me tense till I get there. My answer is a laptop in the living room with a 16 inch screen so I can actually see and display my photography to others. So it does two things for me that are appropriate for my living room. I am an amateur wild life photographer and family event photographer. I want to see and to fix my own pictures before I share them with anyone!
I also have all the capabilities on it that my desk top in the office has. I can read and reply to email. I can print and fax as well. I can look at my spreadsheets. Almost every activity can be performed.
My third and final computer is a smaller laptop down in the family room. When I sit down to watch TV with hubby I have instant access to anything that comes through my computer. We all get that extremely important call we've been waiting for days to come in and have to answer it. Who wants to run back upstairs when this happens? I don't.
This is also the one that is light weight enough to carry just about anywhere I go. I could bring my 16 inch laptop but it weighs a ton!
All this alleviates having to make three runs for everything I need when I change floors for a few hours, saving time, either costing me money or my precious free time. 

Vector Marketing Corporation is a scam review

If you've been considering Vector Marketing Corporation for any reason, think twice.  Vector Marketing Corporation tries to create the illusion it is an employer that is "hiring". I don't care what you are considering this company for but any company that operates like this must have more dirty practices than this one.

Vector Marketing is the new name for Cutco Cutlery. At Cutco you would purchase about $250 worth of knives to bring with you as you go door to door trying to sell more sets of Cutco cutlery. Now, with a new name, they disguise themselves as employers. They list the "job" as Customer Service/Sales. You send them your resume' and they call you to "interview" for the job. The "interview" for the job is actually a sales pitch to as many people as they can get to ignorantly come to their buy a set of their knives. Then you take those knives and carry them around door to door to sell more Cutco Cutlery. You get the picture I'm sure.
 If you miss your "interview" they send you this nice email that says you missed it but if you have a good reason for missing it they will understand.

Vector gets the word out to college students and college graduates as well. The only problem with this method of deception- These kids go home and to their part time jobs and warn others of the deception. Those kids tell other kids. Adults don't have this kind of pipeline, unless they have kids.

I can't say enough about Vector Marketing other than I will be doing some research on them to find out just where else they are "dirty". I wonder what the BBB hase to say about them! I did notice they have begun advertising employment on Monster. There are 105 possitions on there. But the good news is Monster is aware of their practices and will be removing them soon.

While much is being said over the internet by people caught up in there deception there are many responses from the actual employees working in their offices. They are receptionists and secretarys all who not only support Vectors practices they have nothing but the best things to say about the company. What bothers me is why are all the positive statements from the actual employees that get W2s, W9s from the company?

I for one am getting out of the city today. I need a weekend with no technology around me.
Here's an update. I have found forums that argue that vector Marketing is not a scam but simply a company that lets people earn a great commission from selling knives. 98 persent of these people supporting Vector are the people in the actual offices of Vector. They back Vector by saying so many people need to attend one interview because the managers couldn't schedule one person at a time in an eight hour work day. They say that although they have to buy their knives first they are giving them a great deal on them. These people support the requirement that the buyers they sell to live in a house, not an apartment and have children.
Like I said earlier, it's the way the attract their traffic to these interviews that put up red lights for me. It is horribly deceptive to me. They are not transparent about the position, They leave you with the impression you will be the only one there at the "interview". It's not until you get there that you find out you are getting sold to buy their knives and you will be part of a group that gets to listen to the managers great tales of success during that sales drive. I'm sure this isn't the last we'll be hearing from Vector.

Ad placers network has to be a scam

I was looking under "gigs" in craigslist. I must say I have had some luck finding some short lived "gigs" doing this. Today I ran into a "gig" that I emailed out of curiosity. I was answered quickly with a web site to go to. The first thing that tipped me off is all the site wanted was my phone number. Have you ever gotten an immediate phone call offering to sell you on continuing education or travel? So I went to the google search page and entered, "is ad placers network a scam". I got 11 pages of stuff that was in there due to the creators of the web site. This put up another red light! So I went into google again with the key words Ad placers network review scam". TA DA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There they were! Cha Cha, answers.com, you name it all saying it's a scam, the company doesn't exist, etc. New enemies, new hunting techniques obviously necessary. I was recently informed that what AdPlacersNetwork has you do is post ads on craigs list and get paid to do so. This is against craigslist terms and conditions. You are the only one that stands the high risk of being banned from craigslist because you are getting paid to post ads. Unless you don't care whether you have an account on craigslist, go ahead and try it! But as of May through July 15th people like you are having problems with adplacers making payroll!
