Free ad cars refund promise

For those of you who have been reading this a while know I've made myself a guinea pig of sorts by signing up with this company. Like most of you I would not mind driving someone's car for free, loaded with advertising or not! They first said it would take 7 to 14 days to hear from these companies offering this opportunity. When that didn't happen I asked, "what's wrong?" Then they told me 30 days. It never happened. So I asked for my money back on November 7. Then they told me they were having a problem with spam and to wait another 30 days. But I asked for it back today anyway!  This time they gave me an email address to contact them. Again we will see what happens!

  1. I signed up back on 6/27/11 with freeadcar.com. I have been getting the run around as well from them. the most recent response I got from them was today and stated:
"Our customer service team will be available in 30 days or less (November 15th) to assist you with any of your requests, questions, problems, technical, or inquiries. The website is undergoing some great new changes for members, including a listing of driving opportunities and telephone support. You will receive list of companies and be able to apply directly at their site. We would like to thank everyone for being patient with us during this process. Once again thank you for being patient and waiting for us.Additional information is listed below.

We deeply apologize, but our contact email systems are not working properly at this time. We are unable to receive a copy of your email due to this technical problem. You will receive no reply from this email address due to it being invalid and our technicians are fixing the problem with our servers.

Do not reply to this email. There is no way for us to respond. Please be patient during this process.

Our customer service team will be available in 30 days or less (11/15-12/1) to assist you with any of your requests, questions, problems, technical, or inquiries.

    Thank You,
    Customer Service"

I luckily filed the e-receipt in an email folder specifically for this company. The receipt is through clickbank.com. I requested a refund through them today for "failure to provide service". Hopefully this will help speed up the refund process. I'll follow up and let you know what happens.

  4. When I researched online about it being a scam, I found nothing. So I thought I'd make myself a "guinea pig". I figured it would end up like this! There is now some kind of warning online, mine!

  5. No doubt! It's a ripoff! The website doesn't exist anymore, which leaves me to speculate that they changed their name and is scamming by other means.

    1. Too true! Thankfully I was only ripped off $45. That's when I decided to start my own business. I am my own boss and earning a lot more money!

  6. I was thinking I had paid FreeAdCars.com through my bank. Then I remembered I used PayPal. Luckily, I was able to see which company it is trading as by looking up my Click Bank receipt. The vendor is called JobInfoOnline.com.

I sent them an e-mail to see if I could get my money back. If they respond negatively, I will not be as quiet as I was.

They just might be forced to change their name again. Who are these criminals? They must be stopped!

For the record, FreeAdCars.com is now JobInfoOnline.com. Their e-mails are support@jobinfoonline.com and techdeskcenter@aol.com. I got this information off my Click Bank receipt of FreeAdCars.com.

  7. I got a response from JobInfoOnline.com. As you would suspect, it said it is not the same company although its name is on my FreeAdCars.com receipt, and it is willing to forward my refund request to a processing company.

    Here is JobInfoOnline.com unaltered response:

"We are not the website your referring to and we did not make any promises to you. We are technical support and transaction support. The site you where yo were a member is owned by a different entity, company or business. However, we would be more than happy to help you. Unfortunately, this transaction is over 2 years old and cannot be refunded thru clickbank or paypal. Refunds are only processed within 60 days of the purchase date. Since your transaction is beyond the 60 day period, you have to submit a refund request. All refund request after 60 days are processed by a 3rd party refund processor. Due to the time frame regarding your transaction, it can take up to 90 days or less to receive a refund check. Unfortunately, this is the only way you can request a refund at this time. If you are interested in requesting a refund from them, please reply with your name and mailing address and we will forward your refund request to them."

    Best Regards,
    Support
    John

  8. This response stinks more than yesterday's raccoon road kill in 90 degree weather! If they aren't the business you are trying to recoup your money from why do they respond with with the "rules" of a refund? Why are they offering to "forward" your request to a "refund processor"? Companies do not do something without getting compensated. They also didn't give you the names of the companies they are going to send your request to!

  9. @ Marsha: I looked up this company online. Jobinfoline.com domain name is for sale! So it's not doing business either!

  10. As soon as they're discovered, they remake themselves. It seems like it's hard for them to be caught because they target people outside of Europe. I hope that the site is down because they've been caught. Thanks!
