La Bella Gift Baskets is a business I got involved with about a month ago. I want to first explain why I decided to fork out some cash rather than make money totally free and online line. I’ve been hearing about this company for over a year now. Members of another website, some of whom have been blogging about their adventures. I’ve been watching their blogs out of curiosity on and off. So I know these people are real people with the same problems and achievements we have. I was in the craigslist, jobs section believe it or not and found an offer saying what all the attributes were about joining.
Because this only reminded me about something I was thinking about doing I actually thanked the person who posted it for reminding me. I thought by now I really need to invest in myself. But before I tell you my reasons for spending money I have to tell you that I noticed the direction of this blog was turning out to be more like a “seek and destroy” site as time went on. In my quest to warn people about the pitfalls of online earning it turned into something very negative instead of spreading good cheer. I think that’s kind of self destructive and I don’t know how other people can do that on a daily basis! With that I hope that you understand why I have to spend some positive energy.
I consider the $20 membership fee an investment in myself. I am not a flowery, frilly type of person so the idea of a gift basket made up by someone else to say the absolutely perfect thing got me to thinking. There’s lot more people out there who are just like me! Companies are “downsizing” their marketing and customer service depts. There are people who don’t have the kind of creativity or the time to make a creative gift and give it as a hostess gift or thank you gift. Why not ask someone to make it and ship it where ever they want it?
I spent $1.98 to take this thing for a spin “around the block”. I seriously liked what I saw. It taps everything I enjoy and leaves the choices up to me. I bought my first business cards from their recommendation for an inexpensive printer. I paid the $20 to join La Bella and then another $7 something for shipping 250 business cards of my choise. I know it will take a good year to build my business to fully operational so I won’t tell you I made my first million already.
I like talking to complete strangers. I love being out where there are lots of people enjoying themselves. To me this is the kind of community living I was accustomed to growing up. It’s where there is no stress, no tight schedules and plenty of people to have fun with. This is why it caught my eye.
Two ladies, Mia and Janet dreamed the whole thing up. It’s one year old but there are no flukes about it and looks like it will be around for a while. It’s young enough that I am considered one of its “pioneers”. They have complete training that goes with it and it comes with your very own website. You can speak directly with Mia every Tues in the company conference call. The members can communicate with each other in the forum. And Mia and Janet respond to your emails quickly.
So I’m taking my smile to the streets and doing some online advertising. I wanted to completely test this thing out before talking to you about it, because as you know I will never say just join something without trying it out myself first. I will share more with you as time goes on. For now I’m just going to concentrate on getting the program to pay me some money! I’ll be giving you full reports at least on a monthly basis in the meantime.
